How much is shipping?

Nothing. Standard shipping is free on every order to all 50 states, with no minimum. There is no express option and we do not ship outside the United States.

When will my order arrive?

Orders leave within 0-1 business days and arrive within 2-3 business days after that. A tracking number is e-mailed as soon as the parcel ships.

Can I return something?

Yes, if it arrives defective, damaged in transit or is not what you ordered: tell us within 30 days of delivery and we cover the return shipping. Transit damage needs to be reported within 72 hours with photos. We do not accept change-of-mind returns.

How long does a refund take?

Once an approved return is inspected, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 3-7 business days.

Which cards do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Card details are entered on our payment processor's encrypted form and are never stored by us.

How do I reach you?
